Qualification Concept
Children may qualify through referrals from schools, churches, counselors, foster care agencies, social workers or other community organizations. Families may also complete a brief application describing financial need. The goal is to serve children and families who would otherwise have limited access to professional grooming services while preserving dignity and respect throughout the process.
